During the first meeting, after familiarization with our offer and identification of client’s needs, you will be presented with a preliminary calculation of the whole investment process. We prepare indicative cost outline and evaluate the cost of project preparation, which will be a basis for the preparation of detailed cost estimate for house construction.
Initially, we jointly determine essential project requirements consisting of:
-functional and physical requirements
-visual aspects, determination of inspiration, style and character of a building
-establishing a budget.
At times, it is a client who already has his own, ideal concept on which we jointly work, matching it to functional needs of future householders. At the same time we make sure that the future investment complies with requirements of the building code. If client doesn’t have specified requirements, we present our ideas until the investor is fully pleased with our offer.
Once the conception is completed and approved by the client, we move on to creating a whole construction project [project content]. Prepared project is a basis for the next level of our cooperation.
The next stage is to prepare a detailed offer of house construction. Basing on the construction project and previously established details, we prepare an offer comprising costs of the whole investment realisation, construction schedule, payment schedule and contract stating the terms and conditions of our cooperation.
